Flash Pellet - Economical
Pellets are produced by recycling 100% natural wood waste. It is an energy source that does not contain any chemical additives. In classical coal boilers, the efficiency is 70% and ash-slag is formed in the range of 20% - 50% depending on its calorific quality. Some of it is black smoke without being burned, that is, approximately 500-700 kilograms of 1 ton of coal taken can be converted into energy. Pellets are produced by removing moisture from the tree and pressing it at high pressure. Since it is compressed, the ash content is around 1%, in other words; Approximately 10 kg of ash comes out of 1 ton of pellets you burn, however, pellet burning systems operate at a high level (95%) efficiency, just like condensing combi boilers, which allows you to get maximum efficiency with minimum fuel.
