What is Pellet?

Pellet fuel is small fuel particles used to obtain energy by grinding all kinds of wood, wood residues and forest residues into sawdust and then pressing them under high pressure.

ref7

How are pellets produced?

Wood waste materials are collected and milled and turned into fine powder. Then, these powdered wood waste materials are dried in the oven to reduce the moisture content. The dried material is pressed under high pressure and turned into pellets.

Flash Pellet

A cooling process is applied to the product coming out of the press, and from there it becomes ready for use at the end of packaging. As a result of the application of these processes, it increases the combustion and energy efficiency of the same wood product by 300%, making a great contribution to nature, environment and economy. This rate means that the amount of fuel to be used decreases by one third, which means less destruction in our forests and less cost in our economy.
